Customer Support Representative - Domestic Process (0.6 - 2 years experience) - 1 Post.


  • Monitoring the Wireless hotspot locations for failures and/or alert
  • Initiate proper diagnostic initiatives based on preset process and priorities
  • Timely escalations to location as well as field engineer
  • Logging cases and escalations in ticketing system
  • Customer interactions through Phone/Chat/E-mail
  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills


  • 1 - 2 years of experience on customer support area
  • Understanding of networking concepts and ISP background
  • Should be CCNA Certified
  • Skillset on Linux will be an added advantage
  • Should have reasonable communication skill on both voice and e-mail
  • Must be able to work on 24/7 shift schedule
  • Ability to adapt to customer situations and perform methodical follow-ups


Diploma or any graduate. CCNA Network certification
